Responsibilities

• Assist management with internal and external recruitment efforts, including requisition approvals, internal postings, external recruiting, interviewing, job offers, and selection of employees.
• Ensure fair and equal employment opportunities for all candidates.
• Work with management in the creation and management of position descriptions.
• Review resumes to match work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
• Provide information about the organization and position to potential applicants.
• Maintain knowledge of organizational structure and job responsibility changes in all functional areas of Dyno Nobel Americas.

Skills & Qulifications

• Strong commitment to and proven track record of providing exceptional service to business stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite products. Experience with Taleo preferred.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
