• Design/build QA Testing capabilities and global team within a young IT Department, focusing on Enterprise Application Release Testing, Project Implementation Testing, and custom product development QA acceptance testing.
• Work in an Agile environment where innovation, teamwork, and creativity are the pillars of success.
• Develop and implement an improved and repeatable process for defect tracking, logging, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Work closely with the offshore based QE team to deliver Quality Test Automation Code

Requirements

• You are proficient in using a computer and have the ability to learn how to use new computer programs quicklyPrior experience in both leading a global Quality Assurance team, as well as hands-on experience in a QA role, preferably with finance/mortgage knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Some overlap with offshore time zone is required for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or foreign equivalent required.
