Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year creating and monitoring Paid Social Media Management campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
• 1+ year customer service experience via Email and over the phone
• Commerce or Marketing degree or certification preferable
• Experience creating and presenting strategies designed to reach a client’s KPIs
• Can think strategically about campaigns to envision a system that will work cohesively to create real results for clients
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel to effectively track and monitor campaign performance
• Experience with Paid advertisements on other social media platforms (such as Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat etc) an asset
• Experience with SEM considered an asset
