Responsibilities

· Coordinate with Eight Branches staff and instructors to gather course information and incorporate it efficiently into Moodle

· Facilitate training for new staff and instructors who have no experience with the platform, and be available to respond quickly to inquiries, especially around class hours

· Review and monitor content on Moodle to ensure complete accuracy in the uploading of quizzes and assignments, grades, etc.

· Customize layout to be consistent with Eight Branches’s branding and image

· Manage Moodle plugins

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent training/ experience

· Able to work well in a small busy team environment

· Experience with training and walkthroughs on how to use new software

· Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Programming experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ajax

· Strong understanding of databases, SQL and MySQL
