Responsibilities

• Use Tableau to automate an analysis of our customers and opportunities to provide sellers key information on which opportunities to target.
• Formalize and document sales processes. Ensure the successful adoption and execution of said processes by sellers.
• Catalog presentations to help sellers prepare for their customer interactions.
• Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
• Working with sales team to close a sale
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers using sales speech
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

Role

• Ability to build Tableau reporting from Excel spreadsheets
• Currently earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing. Ideal graduation in Spring 2022.
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• A passionate, well-respected, natural born leader who is a collaborator with a go-get attitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and management skills.
• Ability to work well with levels of the organization.
• Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement.
• Knowledge around CRM (Salesforce utilization).
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
