Job Responsibilities : Virtual Care Health Lead

Responsibilities:

Manages client relationships during project delivery and cultivates relationships pre/post-delivery
Uses a data-driven approach identifying and delivering client value/opportunities within the Health Strategy & Consulting practice and the value associated with them
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments to manage scope in accordance with the project contract objectives timeline budget terms and deliverables
Identifies the need for an alternate approach and interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on a change in original scope/plan
Recognizes areas where health strategy and consulting services can drive client value establish/extend Accenture’s presence and brings those ideas to Accenture leadership

An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends :

The ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions
Strong interpersonal team building organizational and motivational skills
Experience working through organizational change with a demonstrated record of accomplishment of continuing responsibilities creativity and innovation including evidence of solution design
Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information

Consulting (internal or external) experience
Experience working directly with clients
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written oral) and interpersonal skills
Experience facilitating groups
Demonstrated commitment to team outcomes
