What you’ll be doing:

• • Scheduling coordinating and managing logistics for all CCD departmental meetings and events
  • Preparing agendas in advance of meetings and facilitating the agenda during meetings and events while keeping close track of and following up on action items and final deliverables
  • Preparing presentations
  • Issue identification and risk analysis
  • Contributing and coordinating of special projects
  • Keeping abreast of CCD’s annual plans progress and identifying problems for course correction
  • Gathering information from across the organization and different stakeholders in order to inform key decisions; will occasionally involve the ability to analyze and understand datasets.
  • Work with the Head of CCD to deeply understand and problem solve business operations needs across CCD to improve how we work together (processes communications tools)

What we’re looking for:

• • Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar Sheets Slides Docs Drive); and project management or work management tools
  • Organization – you are exceptionally organized and process-driven while being able to multitask and manage changing or conflicting priorities
  • Ability to use good judgment in assessing difficult situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong people skills – core to your role is supporting the Head of CCD and enabling her work through the people of the CCD organization and rest of Wattpad
  • Proactivity – you’ll be deeply relied upon to identify risks or opportunities bring them to the Head of CCD’s attention and recommend an approach
