Responsibilities

• Proactively build diverse candidate pools, leveraging all available talent channels, including partnerships with diverse associations, alumni groups, and organizations.
• Inspect sourcing funnel and leverage data to optimize diverse representation at each stage of the recruiting process.
• Earn trust across a range of stakeholders; establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert to inspire leaders to drive prioritization and commitment to diversity efforts.
• Partner with data analysis to provide leadership with pipeline health, progress to goals, and areas of opportunities.
• Partner with Amazon’s affinity groups to share strategies for attracting diverse talent
