Responsibilities

• Research various social media sites and prepare reports on your findings for assignments referred to the ISU by our Casualty Unit
• Prepare, edit, proofread and distribute Surveillance Reports and footage
• Track and update logs and spreadsheets
• Work closely with the Inside Investigators
• Assist with surveillance assignment scheduling
• Other administrative duties as required

Skills

• Capable of working with highly confidential material and information
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint systems
• Claims experience within the P&C (Property and Casualty) industry an asset
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and decision-making skills; inquisitive by nature
• Proficient with technology and the ability to learn new systems in a virtual environment
