Any candidate not currently employed in the New Brunswick Public Service will need to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, or a valid medical certificate exempting them from the vaccine.

• Assigning CODOC numbers to documents;
• Shelving documents;
• Compiling the annual government documents checklist;
• Monitoring government department websites for newly released documents;
• Gathering electronic copies of recently published documents;
• Adding new documents to the library’s electronic repository;
• Digitizing older documents to be added to the library’s electronic repository;
• Creating a monthly newsletter highlighting periodical articles held within the library’s collection; and
• Assisting with various digitization projects

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Excellent research skills;
• Solid computer skills including experience using optical character recognition(OCR) software tools;
• Exceptional commitment to teamwork, service, and adaptability; Ability to follow written and oral instructions and to receive and apply feedback;
• Sound judgment and initiative;
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and diplomacy; and
• Integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
