Job Responsibilities : Provider Data Representative – Work from home

Salary : 14 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with provider’s offices via phone or e-mail to obtain necessary information including but not limited to – provider demographics, contract status, appointment requirements, and specialty drugs infused in their office
• Inputting the provider data in a succinct and clean manner into the new enhanced specialty infusion alternative sites database
• Utilizes strong interpersonal skills with excellent written/verbal communication skills in order to obtain information from provider & build synergistic relationships
• Uses problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to proposing/implementing process improvements for our Pathwell specialty infusion alternative sites database

Will navigate through systems and applications with ease to determine if provider is in-network/out-of-network

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
• Database Entry and/or Database Management experience essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management focus
• Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision
• Regulatory awareness
• Ability to work within a large team
• Adaptable to change with a flexible approach to supporting team tasks
• This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
