Job Responsibilities : Client care Specialist, Resolution

What will you do?

  • Manage incoming cases from across Fraud Management and ensure consistent service within established benchmarks, in line with business Client Service Commitments (CSC’s)
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for sales and service employees, take ownership to resolve complex issues and concerns, and identify and recommend solutions to recurring errors and service gaps
  • Exercise due diligence and review all transactions/reports/documents to ensure compliance/adherence with policies/procedures/guidelines and standards

What do you need to succeed?

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, at a professional oral and written level in both languages
  • Proven problem solving and decision making skills
  • Able to be accountable for Client Impact and Service Excellence
