Job Responsibilities : Full Time – Bilingual Technical

As a Bilingual (French/English) Technical Customer Service Agent, you will have the ability to use your technical expertise and take initiative in troubleshooting and providing support for our Payment Solutions software products.
- Assyst Real Estate is an online mortgage processing solution that electronically links lawyers and notaries to lenders.
- Assure Pay Remittance allows clients of financial institutions the ability to pay their bills electronically by simply logging into their bank website
Here’s how you’ll do it:
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries from notaries or financial institutions
- Assist notaries or financial institutions with inquiries by providing accurate information and investigating and discrepancies
- Assist clients with portal walkthrough
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Data entry
Qualifications
- Bilingualism in English & French required
- Previous experience in clerical and/or customer service
- Ability to work independently within a team environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral skills in both languages
- Capacity to multi-task
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Data entry skills
