Reports To: Customer Care Manager

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (25 hours per week)

Required Education and Experience

• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite products – Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook
• Strong Customer Centric Focus
• Accuracy in data entry; Attention to detail
• Strong English language skills – verbal and written
• Works well Individually with direction from the team and the Customer Care Manager
• Experience with ERP system and/or CRM or other databases an asset
• Second language an asset

Skills

• Data entry – process meal count and allergy forms
• Complete last minute form changes – update and email to print
• Update existing documents (portion and allergy guides)
• Create new documents like menus – create a template and have knowledge of mail merge and pdf document creation
• Email etiquette (be able to send documents to individual customers from the Customer Care email – such as menus, meal counts, allergy information, guides, binder information, etc.
• Other administrative tasks, which may include contacting customers via email or phone, printing labels for production and other duties as assigned by the Customer Care Manager
