Job Responsibilities : Program Advisor

Salary : $65,547 – $70,622 a year

Qualifications

Change management certification training
Honours degree relevant to the position being staffed.
Experience developing change management strategies.
Experience with the Prosci ADKAR Model or other certified OCM Models, tools, and frameworks
Experience in drafting business requirements documents.
Experience in creating OR updating a resource determination OR allocation model.
Experience developing operational costing models or forecast models..
Experience in developing dashboards AND reporting on programs or projects using Excel OR Power BI OR SAS OR IBM Cognos OR Tableau.
Significant experience working with EXCEL.
Experience working with Visio and/or Process Flow Chart
