Payroll Accountant Jobs Work from Home Online Vacancy 2021

What You Will Do

• • Manage the monthly payroll needs for a global organization
  • Ensure all invoices are accurately processed and timely paid for 220+ contractors
  • Prepare wire transfers for countries not supported by Bill.com
  • Research payment issues with Bill.com and bank
  • Maintain proper employee & contractor banking details in relevant systems
  • Process semi-monthly US payrolls
  • Transmit benefit withholdings to third party providers
  • Record journal entries for all payroll related cash transactions
  • Register in new US jurisdictions as required
  • Coordinate with payroll provider to resolve all tax notices
  • Process monthly international payrolls in Germany, Ireland and additional countries as needed
  • Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with travel and expense policies
  • Process employee expense ACH reimbursementss
  • Communicate expense & payroll matters with employees, contractors, and managers
  • Support Accounting Manager with projects and analyses as required
