Job Responsibilities : Customer Experience Representative (Call Center) – Remote

  • Be the first point of contact with Prospects & Residents via phone email live chat and/or social media to resolve their concerns and seek resolution on inquiries.
  • Liaise with the field staff to resolve resident concerns.
  • Provide expert advice to Residents on the options Avenue Living Communities has to offer.
  • Look for opportunities to overcome objections and/or provide alternative solutions based on Residents’ wants and needs.
  • Create a genuine and exciting experience for the Resident by utilizing active listening and strong communication skills.


  • Strong computer skills with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Versatile communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet Resident needs.
  • A desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • Must be available for full-time work with the availability to work rotational shifts of nights and weekends.
  • Call Center/Real Estate experience will be considered an asset.
  • A clear criminal background check will be required.
