 Responsibilities

• • Initiate the onboarding process after application is received
  • Start the approval process
  • Send out and gather required forms documents and contracts
  • Set up the joining agents profile
  • Trigger the setup of the agents transaction platform
  • Assist with onboarding questions as required
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Respond to client/company communications in a manner that provides added value and generates significant customer satisfaction
  • Rapidly establish a positive working relationship with customers and other professionals
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or refer to third parties, if appropriate)
