Responsibilities:

• Promotion and sale of deposit products and services offered by Sunova and Hubert.
• Respond to requests via telephone; requests may include account balances, interest rates, loan payments, transfers, and arranging appointments with members on behalf of credit union staff.
• Analyze member requests and help them use the product or service that best meets their needs by outlining benefits and alternatives, and advising on the best match.
• Cross-sell all credit union products, and solicit potential members to join Sunova or Hubert.
• Resolve member concerns and complaints within authority limits.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a contact centre or related environment would be an asset
• Advanced knowledge of Sunova’s products and services in order to solve non-routine problems
