Basic Qualifications:

• College or equivalent diploma/degree, preferable in Office Administration, or, equivalent education and experience.
• 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, at least 10 years administrative experience.
• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with business leaders to provide administrative support and guidance.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytic and decision-making skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in your role.
• Anticipate and take charge of situations where necessary, demonstrate initiative and exercise sound judgment, be self-motivated.
• Extreme discretion – ability to handle confidential and sensitive information is paramount.
• Ability to relate professionally to all levels of colleagues, customers and visitors with a high level of maturity, diplomacy, and a positive demeanour.
• Flexible hours of work given the nature of work and travel schedules.
• Proficiency in both English and French is highly valued. Language skills in Arabic or Italian would be an asset.
