What you need to succeed?

• Minimum of 5 – 7 years administrative support with preference given to candidates with a University degree or community college training
• Professional level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and Lotus Notes, with the ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and simple Excel spreadsheets
• Detail oriented individual with an ability to make grammatical and typographical corrections to presentations and reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Excellent organization skills, time management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities
• Energetic self-starter who can take initiative, work with minimum supervision, work on projects with frequent interruptions and achieve objectives through others
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate and interact effectively with team members across multiple sites/business regions
• Empathetic, with a strong service orientation; must possess a high level of commitment and dedication to the role and team
• Positive attitude and disposition, and a demonstrable “can do” attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, sometimes with little notice
• Resourceful at problem solving and continually improve job processes and procedures
• Work well under pressure by incorporating excellent time management skills in order to juggle many priorities and meet numerous deadlines
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task

Preferred skills:

• Proficient knowledge of business-related policies and practices
• Able to quickly learn and be proficient in understanding the overall departmental functions, goals, and visions
• General knowledge of investments
• Previous experience supporting an executive level role in a fast-paced environment is preferred
