What will you do

• Analyse customer technical specification and choose suitable product from EA portfolio.
• Figure out any technical deviation and action item to resolve it by coordinating with R&D or making suitable application.
• Submit technical response to customer against specification.
• Testing of EA devices at customer and siemens location as part of approval process

Tender Participation

• Analyzes customers’ technical setup to better judge on aspects of product and solution integration from Energy Automation offerings
• Completes technical analysis and supports proposal process at any stage as part of the sales team.
• Support Product comparison, bench marking for best technology and price for the tender.
• Follow siemens bidding and sales process to align with siemens compliance and policies

Customer Support

• Receiving and making record of customer queries.
• Forwarding and connecting expert with customer to solve issues.
• Booking warranty cases for repair and replacements.
