Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. Systems Administration, Educational Technology, Information Technology, Business Administration, Adult Education, etc.)
• 2 – 3 years of directly related work experience
• Strong knowledge and experience working with Learning Management Systems structure, functionality, and reporting; D2L Brightspace experience preferred

 Skills and Abilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conceptualize and understand the “ripple effect” of decision-making within the LMS
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communications skills, including the ability to demonstrate diplomacy and tact when communicating with others
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team environment
