Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and following through on requests and/or directing calls
• Basic AlayaCare Software functions – scheduling Care Aides/Registered Nurses into assignments, inputting new clients/employees
• On-call coverage at least 1 week/month (paid work in addition to salary)
  • Responsible for having an on-call cell phone and Apple Watch on you at all times (after hours and weekends) to provide the field team with support and address after-hours concerns as they arise
  • Can be anywhere with cell service (no need to come into the office)
  • Use of an iPad while on-call to assist with accessing software, scheduling, etc.
• Providing administrative support in office (1-2x/month; scanning, creating interview and intake packages, etc.)
• Prepping deposits and invoice payments, and compiling Expense Reports for Executive Director
• Sending out employee and client surveys, and arranging gifts for team members
• Taking minutes at team meetings

What We Can Offer You:

• Starting salary at $20-$24/hour (dependent on qualifications/direct experience) + $700/month for 1-week of on-call coverage
