• Data entry of customer orders into ERP system after checking that all pricing and lead time requirements are met
• Preparation of appropriate paperwork for shipping of product including bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices
• Invoicing of customer orders
• Participation in the customer returns process – issuing RMA’s, logging returned product information, obtaining approval Purchase Orders for repairs, and preparation of shipping documents for product returns to customers

Qualifications:

• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to identify discrepancies when reviewing paperwork
• Strong business English skills with good interpersonal skills both verbal and written
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage time across multiple projects
