Job Responsibilities : Customer Service Representative & Technical Document Controller
Salary : 13 per hour

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative :
- Data entry of customer orders into ERP system after checking that all pricing and lead time requirements are met
- Preparation of appropriate paperwork for shipping of product including bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices
- Invoicing of customer orders
- Participation in the customer returns process – issuing RMA’s, logging returned product information, obtaining approval Purchase Orders for repairs, and preparation of shipping documents for product returns to customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify discrepancies when reviewing paperwork
- Strong business English skills with good interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage time across multiple projects
