Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
• Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and route calls to emergency services, as necessary.
• Working with a team to find solutions.
• Access client information and enter information into the system.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with each customer.
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and stay updated on any changes in company policies.
