What you’ll be doing:
– Complaint Resolution: Should be able to de-escalate a situation, pacify the customer and commit for their complaint resolution through ownership and empathy.
– Volume: Manage high-volume crypto support center responding to email and chat/messaging queues:
– Should be able to handle between ~75 emails/ chats and social media queries in a normal day.
– Should be able to handle ~100 emails/ chats and social media queries in peak days.
– First Call Resolution (FCR): Understand customers concerns and should be able to provide FCR.
– Outbound Calls/Emails:
– Make outbound calls to clients to engage them on where they are in their funding process.
– Following up with clients to ensure they are moving forward with all steps required for account establishment.
– Customer feedback:
– Retain, log and share customer feedback and relay it to relevant stakeholders.
