Job Responsibilities : Inbound Customer Service Specialist Permanent Work From Home Available

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Strong communication skills
Genuine eagerness to help customers with care, professionalism and diplomacy
Exceptionally polite, friendly and courteous
Demonstrate good listening skills to help customers with their concerns while maintaining composure at all times
Strong work ethic and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills that allows others to work effectively and productively within a diverse environment
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and typing with attention to detail
Proven ability for data entry and typing skill with minimum 35 WPM
Ability to efficiently multi-task
Previous experience in utility or communications industry is not required but is an asset.

Work From Home Requirements :

Quiet, dedicated room free of background noise
Ability to connect the computer from a router – wireless preferred
Windows PC recommended

Operating System: 

Two monitors if available
Webcam – for training and coaching purpose
Headset provided (microphone and headset)
