Responsibilities:

• Supplying complete, timely and accurate responses to customer support requests received through our omni channel platform – phone, email, and online portal
• Continually learning new features and functions of XSellerator and Dealermine to improve overall product and dealership business environment knowledge
• Focused dealership training on the proper use of XSellerator for their business operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with steady attention to detail
• Following-up with inquiries until fully resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
• Representing Quorum, its services, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Business Certificate and/or Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Adept Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Quick learner. Maintains excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Information Technology skills with an aptitude for learning computer software would be an asset
