Job Responsibilities : Hospitality Clerk
Salary : 17 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily maintenance of our coffee machines and stations
- Ensure all stations are fully stocked with coffee, milk, sugar and cups
- Reviewing daily catering orders, when they will arrive, and coordinating getting them to the right locations
- Setup the meeting room with the food and beverages, ensuring appropriate plates, cutlery, napkins, cups and serving utensils are provided
- Clean up the room afterwards
- Order and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Partner with the meeting coordinator and other team members to ensure positive client experience
Skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to organize and maintain all orders and meeting requirements
