What you’ll do

• Support the Project Managers in pipeline deployment of Windows 10 devices and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Manage and coordinate the schedules for executive management
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and preparation of meeting materials
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Support administrative activities of the Business and Clinical Working group
• Conduct and document: requirements gathering, current and future state; process/workflow mapping, gap analysis, risk, and opportunities assessments and recommendations

What you bring

• Relevant Bachelor degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years of business analysis experience
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Strong Excel and Microsoft office experience
• Visio and Analytics experience a plus
• Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal direct supervision
