Your key responsibilities

This role works with the service line learning teams and course sponsors to provide agreed-upon support for all classes. This role also works closely with the Learning Services Specialist (LSS).

Some of the more specific tasks of the role include:

Registration and roster management

• Submit courses and classes in Success Factors
• Generate potential participant lists
• Update and manage rosters
• Manage waitlists
• Manage cancellations per policy
• Address late registrations/cancellations
• Continuously work with Experience/Resource Management and National Travel to ensure schedules are kept current of any changes (when courses run in person)
• Run reports and manage list of required training as needed
