As an Executive Assistant , you will :

• Maintains an overall awareness of the CDO’s business activities and requirements
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepares detailed itineraries and ensures accuracy
• Drafts and writes reports and assists in preparing presentations as required
• Reviews and reconciles expense reports, corporate credit card reports, weekly timesheets, invoices and purchase orders
• Integrate volunteer resources within the scope of responsibilities, participate in disaster planning, preparation and response and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment as required

What we are looking for :

• The minimum qualifications for this job are a college degree in office administration and 6+ years’ experience providing support at an executive level, preferably for a CDO and experience working with Board of Directors or an equivalent combination of both
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English; French considered an asset
• Efficient , resourceful , client focussed with good attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in taking and producing formal and complex sets of minutes including detailed financial information. Highly effective minute taking is critical.
