Job Description

• Engage with advisors to help solve complex issues, responding to inbound calls, emails inquiries within department’s service level agreements.
• Occasionally engage directly with clients, which includes pulling in appropriate stakeholders to drive solutions for challenging situations
• Deliver on operational KPIs and continuously monitor its’ performance, deliver and own outcomes that affect our operational KPIs
• Adhere and execute to best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Act as the main point of contact for advisors regarding trade settlement and money transfer related inquiries
• Build relationships with advisors and partners for more effective communication and solutioning
• Provide support for daily operational procedures required for the advisor firms to run at optimal performance, driving visibility, anticipation and seamless execution
• Field all questions and concerns regarding deposits, withdrawals, and money movement inquiries.
• Effectively perform analysis on key problem areas or trends and escalate to Director as required.
• Take a proactive approach to client solutions, collaborating effectively with partners and colleagues to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Setup and maintenance of monthly recurring withdrawals and deposits
• Regular monitoring of trades list, ensure data integrity and timely trade deal execution.

• A passion, curiosity, and energy for finance + investing. You understand the ins and outs of wealth management, trading, and more importantly – how to explain these concepts simply.
• You thrive (or excel) in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. You must be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced, environment providing fast, friendly, and accurate service.
