Onboarding

• Draft and edit employment contracts
• Ensure new hire documentation is received, entered in the HRIS, and updated as required
• Onboard and orient all new and returning employees
• Ensure exit interviews are completed
• Analyze exit interview trends and develop action plans with HR Business Partner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of HR work experience, including cooperative education and/or internships
• Experience with UKG or other HRIS systems is an asset
• Analytical skills, including ability to analyze HRIS reports
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), including aptitude for computer applications and databases
• Knowledge of U.S. legislation and HR practices is an asset
