• Triaging tickets, reviewing intakes for completeness and requesting additional info as needed
• Managing contract lifecycles, including version tracking, sending documents for signature, validating execution versions, storing executed contracts, and filing
• Managing updates to agreement templates and online terms and conditions
• Updating reference documents and supporting materials for internal clients
• Supporting and managing other projects within the Legal Team as they arise
• Communicating with the Legal Team’s internal business clients in support of all of the above

• Exceptional oral and written and communication skills. You have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences about complex situations using plain language
