Job Responsibilities : Talent Coordinator (Remote)

Salary : 17 per hour

What you’ll do

  • Work collaboratively with the talent team and assist hiring managers with hiring needs. This includes, creating new hire requests for approval by Executives, creating job descriptions and creating open reqs in our ATS
  • Post open reqs in ATS, internal and external job boards
  • Screen through applicants to determine suitability with open reqs
  • Keep candidate files up to date in ATS and ensure that responses and applicant status is communicated to talent in a timely and well thought out manner
  • Encourage and work closely with internal employees to share and explore their networks for referrals
  • Manage multiple internal calendars and schedule prescreens and interviews for talent team and hiring managers
  • Help draft and send offer letters to talent
  • Assist in the training and implementation of new and strategic sources for recruitment. Have a pulse on the market and be “in the know” of new emerging recruitment trends

What you’ll bring

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • A positive, energetic, empathetic, can-do attitude
  • Impeccable organization skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
  • A passion for connecting with people and an ability to build and foster strong relationships with others
