Job Responsibilities : Coordinator, Office of the CTO (Remote)

Salary : 16 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively solve coordination/operating inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Execute logistical needs for team activities, including project reviews, events, workshops, homesites or specific bursts
  • Continuously improve administrative processes to make them better
  • Contribute to team rituals and cultural team projects and initiatives
  • Track leadership and team priorities and proactively follow through on them across the organization
  • Research relevant topics to support meetings, projects and key decisions
  • Prepare and submit expense entries on behalf of your Lead
  • Proactively integrate into the business to gain a more fulsome understanding of each teams’ current projects and needs
  • Coordinate or managing projects on your Director’s behalf, where possible
  • Help manage stakeholder and team relationships

  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders
  • You’re agile, resourceful, and willing to continuously challenge yourself, learn, and grow
  • You comfortable with ambiguity and working in an ever-changing environment
  • You’re great at prioritizing multiple, competing priorities, and can make prioritization decisions on behalf of your team’s needs

Bonus experience:

  • Team coordination or project management experience
  • Previous experience working with senior leaders
  • Experience in event management
