What will you do?

• Management and administration of health, dental, disability and death claims for Sales Force – active and terminated – Policy 11501
• Management and administration of death claims for terminated Managers – Policy 83399
• Establishing deductions for contributions to Group Retirement Savings plans
• Calculate and update benefit coverage amounts at plan renewal
• Calculate and update Auxiliary Commission for active advisors and terminated advisors and managers
• Handling of escalated situations – liaison between plan members and Sun Life Group Benefits and Sun Life Group Retirement Services
• Participation in annual projects as well as any ad hoc projects (typically one per year)

Preferred Skills:

• Pro-active in providing top notch quality service
• Group benefit experience and/or experience with Sun Life benefits system (Oasis – PSS)
• Ability to quickly gain a sound understanding of and interpretation of contracts used for life, health, disability, etc.
• Attention to detail, strong mathematical skills and accuracy
• Efficient and organized, ability to work in a team environment, even from a remote location

Assets:

• Knowledge of any of group life, health, dental, disability and group pension programs
• Bilingual (French/English)
