 Responsibilities

• *Marketing Strategy and Project Management

• Support the Regional Team Lead with marketing efforts in Ontario, Western Canada, and Atlantic regions.
• Coordinate tradeshows, client events, client list, advertising for region needs
• Coordinate and oversee region-specific award submissions
• Support digital marketing initiatives, as needed
• Coordinate advertisements with magazines and specialized websites
• Coordinate administrative marketing tasks for Ontario, Western Canada, and Atlantic regions

Profile

• Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications
• Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders; experience communicating with, and presenting to senior leadership
• Technical savvy and experience using various social media platforms, Microsoft Office Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience using CRM platforms and tools (an asset)
• Agile environment, ability to support on multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Collaborative and team player, able to work with various teams in addition to the Marketing team
