What you will do

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns
• Write ad copy for all Facebook/Instagram Ads following best practices
• Discuss creative direction for the ads and provide guidance following best practices
• Create and manage split tests
• Place tracking codes and generate goals within Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
• Create reports for campaigns, optimize and provide insights on a monthly basis
• Answer questions from the partner and their clients about Facebook Advertising

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year creating and monitoring Paid Social Media Management campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
• 1+ year customer service experience via Email and over the phone
• Commerce or Marketing degree or certification preferable
• Experience creating and presenting strategies designed to reach a client’s KPIs
• Can think strategically about campaigns to envision a system that will work cohesively to create real results for clients
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel to effectively track and monitor campaign performance
• Experience with Paid advertisements on other social media platforms (such as Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat etc) an asset
• Experience with SEM considered an asset
