What you’ll do as a Compensation Partner at Shopify:

• Under the direction of Senior Compensation Partner(s), advise Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on understanding compensation programs and processes
• Analyze complex data to glean insights and convey findings to support compensation recommendations alongside Senior Compensation Partner(s)
• Build and maintain compensation documentation, and work with Talent Operations and other partners to support audits, and drive process improvements
• Contribute to the development of training materials presented to the Talent Team and the business
• Assess opportunities to improve our approach to compensation knowledge management and support projects advancing the the improvement of the compensation experience

Qualifications

• Solid analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in order to balance competing priorities
• Passion for continuous improvement and identifying new approaches to support the overall compensation experience
• Experience and understanding of working in a global organization supporting compensation and equity programs
• Prior experience supporting the scaling of programs and processes with a focus on analysis, project coordination and
