Program Coordinator

Qualification

• Two or three-year certificate/diploma/degree program in a related field
• A minimum of 4 years providing administrative and/or program coordination support to a fast-paced organization or team
• Experience in the development of learning materials (e.g., workbooks, presentation slide decks, etc.) as well the accreditation process are an asset
• Experience liaising with external stakeholders
• Events management experience and skills are an asset
• Experience at an advanced level with various databases, electronic scheduling systems, electronic document management systems, and other business applications.
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and use sound judgment to make decisions
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to determine and deal with multiple and/or competing priorities in a timely manner
• Highly effective communication skills and the ability to interact with a high degree of professionalism with various levels of an organization and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail is critical
• Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information and communicating clear messages internally and externally with an ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
• Some understanding of education and risk management issues relevant to the medical profession is an asset
• Demonstrated grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
• Bilingualism French-English is a mandatory requirement (spoken, written, and comprehension abilities in both official languages at a level that allows the translation or verification of short pieces).
