Job Responsibilities : Teaching Assistant
Salary : $14 an hour

St. Laurent Kumon Center is looking for an assistant to help students with math and English assignments
What’s required:
solid knowledge of math concepts up to grade 12
experience in working with school age children in educational environment,
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to take instructions and learn fast
high level of maturity and ability to control the children
patience and enthusiastic approach to teaching
ability to assist students in French an asset
must be dependable and available to work Mondays AND Thursdays from 4pm to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 1pm – 9 hours per week
Must own a laptop to be able to access online documents
Start date – asap
Must attend observation session (3 hours) plus training session – 1 hour
Long term commitment preferred
