• Acting as a group leader for software developer/technical leads and business analysts on specific customer projects
• Utilizing strong technical background to lead the implementation and support of enterprise software applications in complex business environments
• Leading projects focused on implementing Java based systems
• Conceptualizing, communicating and documenting complex software solutions for Lean’s new and existing customers

You are someone who has:

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Visio and Project
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects implementing complex Java based and WebService connected real time systems
• Conceptual knowledge of services-based architectures and SOAP/REST web services implementation concepts
• Customer-oriented and fully conversant in verbal and written English language skills
• Acquire new system knowledge rapidly and interpret functional and non-functional requirements quickly
• Experience with workflow automation or business process management software
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel globally (including possession of a valid passport);
