What you will be doing:

• You will work with Account Managers to identify and engage with existing customers to leverage our market-leading digital learning solutions.
• You will provide implementation plans and on-going support for performance pilots and class tests.
• You will host scheduled webinars for our customers throughout the year.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma, ideally in Business
• 1-3 years of digital/software sales experience with proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated passion and interest in technology–enabled educational solutions
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to excel through change
• Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems desirable (eg. Blackboard, Moodle, D2L)
