Job Responsibilities : Customer Success Specialist
Salary : 14 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide training and technical support to all new client accounts during the onboarding process
- Respond to customer support tickets in a timely fashion
- Be the voice of the customer with the internal team
- Facilitate adoption of new features or additional services
- Become a Property Vista technology platform expert
- Ongoing customer engagement – encouraging growth of existing accounts and clients
- Organize client training sessions and conduct follow-up calls
- Present business reviews to clients
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting is an asset
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Proficient with a wide range of technology (experience with Zendesk, SaaS, Google
G-suite, and Microsoft Office would be considered an asset) - Sense of humor and a willingness to collaborate in support of team goals
- Self motivated, self starter, goal oriented and positive attitude
