• Receives incoming calls from customers wanting to place an order or follow-up on an existing order.
• Timely research and resolution to customer inquiries, which may include, but is not limited to: product availability, pricing, special quotes, production and art capabilities, status of orders and product complaints. Providing this information in a verbal or written manner
• You will strive to foster a positive working environment
• You will assist customers with escalated issues using your negotiation and conflict resolution skills and focus on one call resolution

What you will bring:

• Experience in customer care with some negotiation/conflict resolution skills
• Previous call centre experience is an assest
• Confident skills in office while toggling between multiple windows
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent communication/comprehension skills
• Ability to type 30wpm and successfully pass our pre employment assessments
