Responsibilities:

• Diagnose incident tickets through a diagnostic and resolution process;
• Participate in change management;
• Maintain environmental backup systems and perform changeover tests;
• Ensures the periodic installation of “patches” and/or new versions;
• Manages access security and ensures that procedures are implemented and applied;
• Available tobe on call outside of normal working hours, in accordance with an established schedule, as either primary or secondary contact
• Writes and maintains the documentation required for the setup, administration and operation of servers and ensures the transfer of knowledge;

• University degree in computer science or equivalent experience;
• Have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
• Be able to adapt to different situations (sense of urgency);
• Highly developed analytical mind focused on problem solving;
• Be rigorous and meticulous;
• Have good communication skills with colleagues, clients;
• Leadership and sense of responsibility;
• Bilingualism (French and English, oral and written).
