Key Roles and Responsibilities 

• Manage the intake process for all new Migration assessments
• Position and propose the inclusion of partners for an assessment, when applicable
• Provide high-level demonstrations & overviews of migration tools to outline options to internal and external customers
• Gather requirements from customers regarding desired outcomes of the assessment to ensure the appropriate tools and teams are included
• Ensure that an assessment is running smoothly and on time, following up to offer extra assistance when required
• Provide a single point of escalation for teams needing Migration assistance, or for high profile assessments
• Observe, measure, and provide quality control of the results being provided to customers from teams and partners in your region
• Aggregate customer feedback to drive product innovation
• Contributing to global or local initiatives to develop and share best practices to help scale the organization
• Working with remote teams worldwide

Skills & Experience

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze quantitatively and effectively prioritize program deliverables
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate Solution Architecture Certification
• Experience with AWS architecture (S3, EC2, etc.)
• SQL and/or other relational database experience
• Familiarity with data center and/or cloud infrastructure management
• Familiarity with licensing models and strategies for Windows and SQL, Oracle, Linux
• Exceptionally strong customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills; focus on quality in customer experience
